Dr. Keith Gregoire joined the Department in as a full-time Assistant Professor in 2012 after a successful career in Belleville, Ontario.
Dr. Gregoire is a graduate of the Queen's School of Medicine and completed his residency training in General Pediatrics at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
His work in General Pediatrics includes asthma and diabetes clinics, inpatient pediatrics and he is the Director of the Quinte Pediatric Diabetes Program in Belleville.
He is a busy educator and is the Director of the Pediatric Clerkship at Queen's University, a resident teacher, mentor and research supervisor. He is a regular lecturer on pediatric topics for Family Medicine Residents from Queen's. He is an examiner and member of the MCQ subcommittee of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
His research interests include diabetes education and management and the assessment of medical students, particularly in the clinical sciences.
An avid birder, Dr. Gregoire enjoys outdoor activities in addition to reading and learning new things.
